Special Doggie Daycare Events
Once a month we throw a theme party so sign up for our email list or like us on Facebook to be notified of upcoming events. Every holiday we have a party and invite the public to bring their dog and participate!
Last St. Patrick’s Day we had a St. Paddy Paws party for 35 dogs. Decorations, Irish music, bubbles (dogs love bubbles even more than kids do), individual corned beef potato based treats, washed down with a bowl of green doggie beer were enjoyed by all! Every dog couldn't help but get in the mood the second they walked in as we tied on a shamrock bandana and took a picture for mom.
On the 4th of July holiday we offer a FREE evening of doggie daycare for all dogs staying with us two nights. During the evening of the bang, boom and smokey fireworks we usher the dogs to our indoor playrooms where we turn the music up loud, play games, offer treats and pass the evening away socializing!
‘Turkey Time for Canines’ No doggie felt left at Fit ‘N’ Furry Pet Resort during Thanksgiving break. The smell of roasted turkey filled the air as the flavored muttly mashed potatoes, pumpkin pup treats and dessert were being dished up for a memorable T-Day meal at FNF, gobble, gobble! Each guest also received a stuffed doggie football and a chance to watch their favorite team on TV.

Q: What other dogs will my dog get to play with?
A: Each new daycare visitor goes through a temperament evaluation process to ensure safety and compatibility with our social daycare program. The goal is to match your dog’s energy level, size, and personality to furry friends they’ll love the most. For less social dogs, we also offer a Personal Daycare Program one-on-one with a staff member.
Q: Does my dog have to be spayed or neutered to attend doggie daycare?
A: To be in daycare all dogs must be spayed or neutered if they are 6 months or older.
Q: Does Fit ‘N’ Furry accept puppies for daycare?
A: Dogs in daycare must be at least 4 months old. What a great way to run off all that puppy energy! If your dog is younger than 4 months old, they can participate in Puppy Socialization.
Q: What are the health requirements for my dog to attend daycare?
A: All pets must be on an active veterinarian approved, topical or ingestible flea and tick preventative. All pets must be in good health and have not been ill with a communicable disease within the past 30 days prior to boarding or daycare.
Q. What vaccinations are required for my dog in order to attend doggie daycare?
A: We require all of our guests to have Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella. Canine Influenza (CIV) Vaccinations are highly recommended. For the health and safety of all of our guests, proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required. You must provide a copy or faxed copy of up to date vaccination history at the time of reservation and at least 1 week prior to lodging time period. If you ask your veterinarian they may offer to FAX your dog‘s vaccination records to us directly at (707) 769-1045.
