Your pet will feel pampered with our accommodations. We want
our furry guests to feel safe and comfortable while staying
with us. Each guest will be provided with a comfortable bed
in a clean climate controlled room. Our standard room package
is all inclusive for your pet's stay, while customized to
their specific needs.
Our facility has 132 colorful and secure enclosures (4'x 7')
divided up into sections of no more than 20 dogs to create
a more intimate atmosphere. We also have 9 sound proof mini
dog suites (5'x6') individually heated and cooled as well
as 12 sound proof luxury dog suites (8'x 8') individually
heated and cooled.
We pamper furry guests from Marin and Sonoma County including places like Petaluma, Santa Rosa, Novato and other North Bay cities.
Guests will be served nutritious meals twice a day. We serve
high quality pet food at FIT 'N' FURRY. Adjustments are made
for puppies and seniors. You are welcome to provide your dog's
favorite food during his stay. Should your dog have special
needs or dietary restrictions, we will provide a feeding schedule
tailored to their special needs. Boarding fee is the same
regardless of food choice. At bedtime they will be given a
special treat: cookie or biscuit.
Qualified staff members administer any medication guests may
need.
Rooms are cleaned daily, or as often as is necessary to assure
guests comfort and cleanliness. All of our cleaning products
used in the play and overnight areas are environmentally green
to ensure the best care and safety for our guests and to protect
the environment.
All guests, regardless of room or package choice, will be
exercised three times per day to stretch their legs, do their
"business" and interact with a caring friend.
Every guest who stays with us longer than 4 days will receive
a complimentary bath prior to checkout.
For dogs staying more than a day or active dogs, we recommend
enrolling your dog in our daycare program during their stay
where they will take part in play groups throughout the day.
Play groups are separated by dog size, activity level and
temperament. We also offer additional activities and services
for your dogs own special needs or entertainment. Doggie Daycare,
additional activities and service charges are listed below
with our rates.

a special treat at bedtime.

All daycare guests are required to have an interview and evaluation
to assess the dog's temperament, social skills, age and activity
level. We base the play group matching on the dog's evaluation.

As dog lovers, we know how much you love your dog and want
them to feel at home when you are away. The following additional
activities and services provide you with a way of letting
your dog get spoiled with attention while you are away.
While your dog will receive tons of attention, if your dog
is used to your undivided individual attention, you may want
to add a 15 minute session of individual play time devoted
just to what your dog enjoys the most- playing with a ball,
taking another walk or playing with a special toy from home.
You tell us what your best friend likes to do and we'll make
sure they get that special time as if it were you with them.

Fit ‘n’ Furry has luxury condos for your kitties and when the connecting door is removed they can accommodate two kitties. They provide the
comfort and safety for your pet that will give you peace of
mind while you're away from home. The guests will be taken
out for play and exercise daily, unless they would rather
just enjoy their "home away from home". The cattery is furnished
with a fish tank for the viewing pleasure of our guests and
climbing structures in the play/exercise area.
Guests will be served nutritious meals twice a day. We serve
a high quality commercial diet. You are welcome to provide
your cat's favorite food during your stay. Should your cat
have special needs or dietary restrictions, we will provide
a feeding schedule tailored to their special needs. The boarding
fee is the same regardless of food choice.

attention while you are away.

Each guest will be interviewed and observed in our play area
to ensure safety and compatibility with other guests and staff
members. Your pet must pass this evaluation to be allowed
to stay at our facility. We charge a one time fee of $25 for
the interview and playtime evaluation.
All pets must be spayed or neutered, 6 months and older,
when enrolling in daycare.
Pet must be at least 4 months old with complete vaccinations.
Proof of up to date vaccinations is a mandatory requirement.
You must provide a copy or faxed copy of up to date vaccination
history at the time of reservation and at least 2 weeks prior
to boarding time period. Reservations will not be processed
or confirmed until proof of vaccinations is provided.

All pets must be on an active flea and tick prevention program
of Frontline or Advantage. All pets must be in good health
and have not been ill with a communicable disease within the
past 30 days prior to boarding or daycare.
All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective.
Owners will need to certify that their pet has not harmed
or shown any threatening or aggressive behavior towards any
person or other dogs. Dogs with an aggressive temperament
will be allowed to board if owner selects the Special Handling
Program.
Two dog handlers will escort the guest
whenever he is out of his room or enclosure and he will require
individual time in the exercise and potty areas.
